PLEASE REVIEW UPDATED 2024 POLICIES A cancellation fee of 50% of your appointment for the 1st no-show or cancellation without 48-hour notice is in effect. The second no-show or late cancellation will result in a cancellation fee of the full appointment service price. The system will automatically charge the card on file in both instances. UPDATED: Consistently canceling pre-booked appointments (more than 3 times) will result in a non-refundable 50% deposit to book your next appointment. UPDATED: Your appointments are very important to me. They are reserved especially for you. I understand life happens and that schedule adjustments are sometimes necessary; therefore, I respectfully request at least 48 Hours notice for cancellations/reschedules. Please understand that when you forget or cancel without sufficient notice, I miss the opportunity to fill that appointment and clients on my wait list miss the opportunity to receive services.
